Secretarial Compliance The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MoCA) on December 30, 2025, amended an older notification No. S.O. 4852 (E), dated October 23, 2025, related to the establishment of Regional Directorates under the Companies Act, 2013.

The following has been stated: -

•In the notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters, and word “1st January, 2026”, the words, figures, and letters “the 16th February, 2026” shall be substituted
