The National Stock Exchange IFSC Limited (NSE IX) on January 1, 2026, notified regarding the Quarterly Reporting for Capital Market Intermediaries.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It has issued a circular mandating quarterly reporting by all registered Capital Market Intermediaries (CMIs), including broker-dealers, irrespective of their active or inactive membership status.
• The reporting requirement is in line with the IFSCA circular dated February 08, 2024, and applies only to data relating to the respective exchange.
• The quarterly report shall be submitted through the NSE IX Member Portal in the prescribed format, along with a duly signed compliance certificate.
• For the quarter from October 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, the submission deadline is January 22, 2026.
• Timely compliance is mandatory, and intermediaries are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information submitted.
