The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MoCA), on December 31, 2025, issued a Consultation Note on Filling up of Data in SPICe+ Part B E-Form and Linked E-Forms.
The following have been stated namely:-
• Issues identified during resubmission of e-form SPICe+ PART B Stakeholders have raised concerns that significant time and effort is still required during the initial filing of the web form and also at the time of resubmission, as the same steps are to be repeated during resubmission. The existing process in resubmission cases is as under -:
• Scenario 1: SPICe+ PART B sent for re-submission, and no change is required in linked forms.
• Scenario 2: In case only Linked e-forms requires changes, and no change is required in Form SPICe+ PARTB.
