The Multi-Commodity Exchange Clearing Corporation Limited (MCX) on December 31, 2025, notified regarding the Extension for submission of Annual Returns for FY 2024-2025.
The following has been stated namely: -
• This circular follows earlier MCA and MCXCCL notices and informs members that the due date for filing Annual Returns through the Member Reporting Portal has been extended to January 31, 2026, in line with MCA General Circular No. 08/2025.
• Members are advised to complete their submissions on or before this extended deadline to avoid penalties.
• The circular also outlines that late submission is liable to levy penalties as per MCXCCL’s enforcement provisions, including daily charges for unrectified deficiencies.
