Secretarial Compliance The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on December 31, 2025, issued an amendment to the older notification no. S.O. 4850 (E), dated October 23, 2025, regarding the establishment of ROCs under the Companies Act, 2013.

In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters, and word “1st January, 2026”, the words, figures and letters “the 16th February, 2026” shall be substituted.
