Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare (MoAFW) on December 31, 2025, issued the amendment to notification S.O. No. 8 (E) dated December 24, 2021, under the Seeds Act, 1966.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Against, serial number 56, under column (4), after the word Telangana, the word “Tamil Nadu” shall be inserted;

• Against, serial number 71, under column (4), after the word Karnataka, the word “Tamil Nadu” shall be inserted.
