Industry Specific ComplianceThe Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare (MoAFW) on December 31, 2025, issued the amendment to notification S.O. No. 8 (E) dated August 31, 2022 (Attached in the notification), regarding the variety of seeds to be sold.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Against, serial number 1, under column (4), after the word “West Bengal”, the word “Tamil Nadu” shall be inserted

• Against, serial number 23, under column (4), after the word “Telangana”, the word “Tamil Nadu” shall be inserted
