The Government of Telangana on January 02, 2026, issued the rates of material for delivering at site which are exclusive of all taxes for the month of October, 2025.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The rates of Cement, Steel, Reinforcement Steel, and Public Health items has been finalised for October 2025, which are exclusive of all taxes.
• The Government of Telangana has approved the recommended rates for delivery at site for October 2025 (2nd month of 2nd Quarter) of the 2025-26 Schedule of Rates (SoR).
• Approved Cement Rates (per MT):
o OPC (43/53 Grade): ₹5,200
o PPC: ₹4,900
o PSC: ₹4,900
• Approved Steel & Reinforcement Steel Rates (per MT):
o 6 mm MS Rods: ₹58,000
o MS Flats: ₹50,000
o Structural Steel / MS Plates: ₹54,000
o HYSD/TMT Steel: Category-A ₹53,000, Category-B ₹48,000
• All Heads of Departments, Corporations, Universities, and Agencies dealing with PWD works are directed to implement these rates.
