Labour Compliance The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on January 05, 2026, issued a circular regarding the adoption of the Office Memorandum related to the revision of CGHS rates.

The following has been stated: -

•The ESI Corporation has adopted the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare Office Memorandum dated October 03, 2025, regarding revision of CGHS rates.

•The adoption has been approved by the Competent Authority.
