The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoC&F) on January 05, 2026, notified the Textiles — Polypropylene (PP)/ High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Laminated Woven Sacks for Mail Sorting, Storage, Transport and Distribution (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2026 further to amend the Textiles — Polypropylene (PP)/ High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Laminated Woven Sacks for Mail Sorting, Storage, Transport and Distribution (Quality Control) Order, 2023.
The following has been stated: -
•In paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: — “(2) It shall come into force on the 6th day of October, 2026”.
It shall come into force on January 05, 2026.
