The Government of Andhra Pradesh, on November 30, 2025, issued the Operating Guidelines for the Andhra Pradesh Neighbourhood Workspace (NWS) Policy 2025–2030.
The following has been stated: -
•Andhra Pradesh has notified the Neighbourhood Workspace (NWS) Policy 2025–2030 to promote hyper-local, professionally managed, and digitally enabled workspaces across the State.
•The Policy offers rental support, capital assistance, broadband reimbursement, interest subsidy, and skill-linked incentives to eligible NWS facilities.
•Operational Guidelines prescribe the framework, eligibility criteria, approval process, documentation, incentive claims, and monitoring, to be read along with the Policy.
•Eligible NWS facilities must meet minimum infrastructure norms (1,000 sq. ft., 10 workstations, high-speed internet, power backup, safety, and amenities) and operate from approved government or private premises with a valid tenure.
