Labour Compliance The Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoLE) on December 31, 2025, notified regarding the Consumer Price Index for Industrial Workers (2016=100) – November 2025.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The All-India Consumer Price Index for Industrial Workers increased to 148.2 (Base Year 2016=100).

• The index rose by 0.5 points compared to October 2025.

• Inflation for November 2025 was 2.56%, down from 3.88% in November 2024, indicating a softer price rise compared to last year.
