The National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX), on January 07, 2026, notified regarding the Submission of Half-Yearly (July 01, 2025 to December 31, 2025) reporting for usage of Software as a Services (SaaS) based solutions /applications.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued a Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD2/DOR/CIR/P/2020/221 dated November 03, 2020, on “Advisory for Financial Sector Organizations regarding Software as a Service (SaaS) based solutions”.
• In compliance with the above-mentioned SEBI circular/advisory, for half-year ending December 31, 2025, trading members availing/utilising Software as a Service (SaaS) based solutions/applications are required to submit the report before January 31, 2026. The report is to be submitted through NCFE portal under the Tab 'Compliance', Sub tab 'Information Security', select “Compliance of the SEBI circular regarding Software as a Service (SaaS) based solutions” or Email Id: - [email protected].
