The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC) on January 07, 2026, issued a notification regarding the Draft extension of Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Business Plan) Regulations, 2023.
The following has been stated: -
•The Commission has notified the draft extension of the DERC (Business Plan) Regulations, 2023 for one year, up to FY 2026–27, under the Electricity Act, 2003.
•The draft regulations, along with the Explanatory Memorandum, are available on the Commission’s website.
•Stakeholders may submit comments/suggestions to the Secretary, DERC by January 27, 2026, via post or email.
