The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on January 05, 2026, issued the Textiles — Polypropylene (PP) Woven, Laminated, Block Bottom Valve Sacks for Packaging 50 kg Cement (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2026, to further amend the Textiles — Polypropylene (PP) Woven, Laminated, Block Bottom Valve Sacks for Packaging 50 kg Cement (Quality Control) Order, 2023.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2) which states the “date of enforcement”, the following shall be substituted, namely: -
“It shall come into force on the 6th day of October, 2026”
This shall come into force on January 05, 2026.
