The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on January 07, 2026, notified regarding the Annual Maintenance Charges for Authorised Persons.
It states that the AMC is levied annually on Trading Members for all registered APs across segments, based on APs active as of March 31 of the relevant year. For FY 2026–27, an AMC of ₹4,000 per AP will be charged irrespective of the number of segments in which the AP is registered, as per Exchange records on March 31, 2026. AMC once levied are non-refundable, even if the AP’s registration is cancelled during the year for any reason, including disciplinary action.
The charges will be effective from April 01, 2026.
