The Government of Kerala on January 03, 2025, issued the Kerala Toddy Workers' Welfare Fund (Amendment) Scheme, 2025, to further amend the Kerala Toddy Workers' Welfare Fund Scheme, 1969.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The following shall be added to paragraph 33A namely: -
“(2) Except as provided in sub-paragraph (1), a member below the age of 55 years leaves from the employment voluntary or relieves for other reasons before superannuation, if he desires re-entry in the employment, may be allowed re-entry as a member and grant registration:
Provided that such re-entry of a member shall be allowed only once in the service.”
This shall come into force on January 03, 2025.
