class="MsoNormal">The Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA), on December 23, 2025, notified regarding the Licensing Requirement for Operation of Scheduled Air Transport Services at Diu Aerodrome.
In pursuance of the proviso to sub-rule (1) of rule 78 of theAircraft Rules, 1937 and in supersession of the notification No. No. AV-11012/7/2020-A dated 24th December, 2024, published in the Gazette of India, Part I, Section I on 24th December, 2024, the Central Government hereby directs that no person shall operate scheduled air transport services to/from Diu aerodrome after 31st December, 2026 unless it has been licensed by the Director General of Civil Aviation as required by sub-rule (1) of rule 78 of the Aircraft Rules, 1937.
