The Government of Madhya Pradesh on January 05, 2026, issued the Madhya Pradesh Social Security Rules, 2026.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The Social Security Organisations have been stated namely: -
o Madhya Pradesh Unorganised Workers Social Security Board
o Madhya Pradesh Building and Other Construction Welfare Board
• Chapter III states the Employees’ Provident Fund and Chapter IV states the Employee Insurance Court.
• Chapter V states about “Gratuity”
• Chapter VI states the regulations under Maternity Benefit
• Chapter IX states the “Social Security for Unorganised Workers, Gig Workers and Platform Workers&rdquo
