The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on January 07, 2025, issued the notification regarding the Extension of DG ESIC Rate Contract No. Homoeo-3.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Approval has been granted by the Director General, ESIC for extension of Rate Contract No. Homoeo-3 from December 23, 2025 to February 22, 2026, or until finalization of a new rate contract, whichever is earlier.
• The extension is subject to the firm’s willingness to supply on existing terms and conditions, and no orders shall be placed for drugs declared Not of Standard Quality.
• Supply orders must be placed only with first-preference holders, and all previous amendments/orders related to Rate Contract No. Homoeo-3 must be considered while placing orders.
