Finance & Taxation Compliance class="MsoNormal">The Ministry of Finance (MoF), on January 08, 2026, issued the extension of Anti-Dumping Duty on Imports of Normal Butanol (N-Butyl Alcohol) from EU, Malaysia, Singapore, South Africa and the USA up to July 12, 2026.

After paragraph 2 and before the Explanation, the following paragraph shall be inserted, namely:- “3. Notwithstanding anything contained in paragraph 2, the anti-dumping duty shall remain in force up to and inclusive of the 12 th July, 2026, unless revoked, superseded or amended earlier.”.
