The Ministry of Law and Justice (MoL&J), on January 08, 2026, issued a corrigenda to the Health Security Cess and National Security Cess Act, 2025.
The following has been stated namely: -
In the Health Security Se National Security Cess Act, 2025 (35 of 2025), published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 1, dated the 16th December, 2025, Issue No. 59, —
• In page 1, in the long line, for “levey”, read “levy”;
• In page 10, line 23, for “or in”, read “or is in”;
• In page 14, line 28, for “cess; or”, read “cess,”;
• In page 15, line 9, for “sub-section (3)”, read “sub-section (2)”.
