Secretarial ComplianceThe National Stock Exchange (NSE) on January 09, 2026, issued a circular regarding the introduction of the New Order & Trade Drop Copy Facility in the CM Segment.

The following has been stated: -

•NSE is introducing a new Order & Trade Drop Copy facility in the Capital Market (CM) segment, enhancing customization by allowing members to receive trade-only or both order and trade data in real time.

•The facility will be available in mock on January 10, 2026, and go live from January 12, 2026, with a transition period where the existing Trade Drop Copy runs in parallel before being discontinued.

•Members must migrate to the new facility; implementation details and Order & Trade Drop Copy Protocol Version 3.0 are available on the NSE website.

•Connectivity will use TLS 1.3, requiring a new CA certificate (valid up to March 31, 2027), while existing trading user credentials will continue to be used.
