The Ministry of Law and Justice (MoL&J) on January 08, 2026, issued a corrigendum regarding the Sustainable Harnessing and Advancement of Nuclear Energy for Transforming India Act, 2025.
The following has been stated: -
•In Section 1 (Issue No. 63, dated December 21, 2025)
Page 18, line 37: “authorization” corrected to “authorisation”.
Page 25, lines 17, 20, 22, 25, 27 & 30: clause numbering corrected from (i)–(vi) to (a)–(f) respectively.
Page 28, line 3: “re-conciliation” corrected to “reconciliation”.
These corrections are issued under Section 1 to rectify typographical and formatting errors.
