The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on January 09, 2026, issued the notification regarding the Enlistment under Appendix 2E of FTP, 2023-Agency Authorised to issue Certificate of Origin (Non-Preferential).
The following has been stated namely: -
• A new agency has been authorised to issue Certificate of Origin (Non-Preferential) under FTP 2023.
• The authorized agency is India & Arab Countries Chamber of Commerce, Industry & Agriculture (IACCIA), based in Vasant Vihar, New Delhi.
• The agency has been added at Serial No. 20 (Delhi) in Appendix 2E of FTP 2023 (List of Authorized CoO Issuing Agencies).
This shall come into force on January 09, 2026.
