The University Grants Commission (UGC) on January 08, 2026, issued the notification regarding the Live Streaming of Hon'ble Prime Minister's Address during VBYLD 2026.
The following has been stated namely: -
• All Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) are hereby directed to take necessary steps to ensure active and successful participation in the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue (VBYLD) 2026.
• The Hon'ble Prime Minister's address during the event will be streamed live on January 12, 2026.
• The webcast link for the event will be shared in due course.
• All institutions are to make necessary arrangements for live streaming of the event.
