The International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) on January 08, 2026, issued the International Financial Services Centres Authority (Book-keeping, Accounting, Taxation and Financial Crime Compliance Services) (Amendment) Regulations, 2026, to further amend the International Financial Services Centres Authority (Book-keeping, Accounting, Taxation and Financial Crime Compliance Services) Regulations, 2024.
The following has been amended, namely: -
• Regulation 12 shall stand omitted.
• In the SECOND SCHEDULE of the principal regulations, in item number 5, after the word and figure “regulation 11”, the word and figure “and 12” shall stand omitted.
