The Government of Himachal Pradesh, on January 06, 2026, notified the Himachal Pradesh Real Estate (Regulation and Development), Amendment Rules, 2025, further to amend the Himachal Pradesh Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017.
The following has been stated: -
•In rule 3 for clause (a) of sub-rule (3), the following shall be substituted, namely:-
(a)The promoter shall pay a registration fee at the time of application for registration by way of a demand draft or through online payment mode, as the case may be.
These rules shall come into force from January 06, 2026.
