The Indian Clearing Corporation Ltd. (ICCL) on January 12, 2026, notified regarding the Trading Holiday on account of Municipal Corporation Elections in Maharashtra 2026.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Members are informed that January 15, 2026, will be observed as a trading holiday due to Municipal Corporation Elections in Maharashtra. Consequently, the settlement schedule has been revised across multiple segments.
• Trades executed on 14 January 2026 in Equity, SLB, Equity Derivatives, EGR, Currency Derivatives, and Commodity Derivatives will now be settled on January 16, 2026, instead of January 15, 2026.
• No trading or settlement will take place on January 15, 2026, for Equity, SLB, Equity Derivatives, and Currency Derivatives segments, while trades in EGR and Commodity Derivatives dated January 15, 2026, will be settled on January 16, 2026.
