Commercial Compliance The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) on January 12, 2026, issued notification on Rescission of Flux Cored Solder Wire (Quality Control) Order, 2023.

The Central Government, exercising its powers under Section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016, and acting in the public interest after consultation with the Bureau, has rescinded the Flux Cored Solder Wire (Quality Control) Order, 2023 issued on September 18, 2023.

The rescission does not affect any actions already taken or omissions made prior to the withdrawal of the notification.
