The Government of Rajasthan, on January 13, 2026, issued the Draft Code on Wages (Rajasthan) Rules, 2026.
The following has been stated: -
•Section 2 lays down various definitions of the terms like Authority and Board.
•Section 3 specifies the manner of calculating the minimum rate of wages.
•Section 4 specifies Norms for the fixation of the minimum rate of wages.
•Section 5 specifies the interval for revision of variable dearness allowance.
Objections and suggestions may be given within 45 days from January 13, 2026.
