The National e-Governance Services Limited (NeSL), on January 12, 2026, issued a circular informing DDE users about a scheduled downtime of the SHCIL e-Stamping system due to maintenance activity.
It has been notified that e-Stamping services for SHCIL states will not be available from January 13, 2026 at 8:30 PM to January 14, 2026 at 1:00 AM. Further, the earlier announced downtime has been postponed and rescheduled to January 16, 2026 from 8:30 PM till January 17, 2026 at 1:00 AM. Users are advised to plan their DDE transactions accordingly during this period.
It has also been clarified that DDE services for GRAS states namely Bihar, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Telangana, and West Bengal will remain available during the downtime. Users may share feedback or suggestions with NeSL at the designated support email.
