Secretarial ComplianceThe National Stock Exchange (NSE) on January 12, 2026, issued the notification regarding the Changes in settlement schedule due to trading and settlement holiday on January 15, 2026, on account of Municipal Corporation Elections in Maharashtra for Capital Market Segment.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The communication refers to NSE circular dated January 12, 2026 announcing a trading holiday on January 15, 2026 due to Municipal Corporation Elections in Maharashtra (Capital Market segment).

• In view of the above, the circular dated January 09, 2026 regarding changes in settlement schedule for the same date stands withdrawn.

• There will be no trading and no settlement on January 15, 2026.

• Affected Settlements: T+1 settlement number 2026011 and T+0 settlement number 2026511 will not be conducted.

• A revised settlement schedule for January 2026 has been issued.

• Revised schedules for Normal Rolling (Type M), Auction (Type A), Trade for Trade (Type Z), and ITP for SME (Type B) are provided.

• The revised schedule for Normal Rolling (T+0) settlement type 5 is provided in Annexure ‘E’
