Industry Specific Compliance The Revenue Department, Andhra Pradesh on January 13, 2026, issued the Levy of Additional Retail Excise Tax on Supply of Liquor from Wholesale Depots to Retail Licensees

The following has been stated namely: -

• Additional Retail Excise Tax is levied as detailed in the notification on Indian Made Foreign Liquor, Foreign Liquor (Spirts, Beer, Wine and RTD), Beer, Wine & RTD supplied by the Wholesale IMFL depots to the retail licensees of by Shop, Bar and In-House at the rates specified.

• The Table has been inserted in the notification.
