The Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) on January 14, 2026, notified regarding DP operating instructions as of December 2025.
The following has been stated:
It has informed Depository Participants (DPs) that the DP Operating Instructions updated up to December 31, 2025—after incorporating all amendments communicated through earlier communiqués—have been published on CDSL’s website.
The updated documents are available in two parts:
• Chapters of the DP Operating Instructions
• Annexures to the DP Operating Instructions
DPs are advised to review the revised Operating Instructions and take note of the updates.
