The Odisha Real Estate Regulatory Authority (ORERA) on January 12, 2026, issued a notification regarding timely resubmission of Project Applications.
The following has been stated: -
•ORERA observed delays in resubmission of project applications reverted to promoters for compliance of deficiencies.
•Exercising powers under Section 37 of the Odisha RERA Act, 2016, a timeline has been prescribed to streamline scrutiny.
•Promoters must resubmit the corrected application on the ORERA website within 14 days of reversion.
•Failure to resubmit within 14 days will result in auto-reversion of the application to ORERA for further action, effective from the order date.
