The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) on January 13, 2026, notified the date of establishment and withdrawal of the Indian Standards related to Dry Type Mining Transformers, Transwitch Units, and Load Centers.
In the following Indian Standards particulars, the Dates of Establishment shall be December 29, 2025 -
• IS 19428:2025 Dry Type Mining Transformers, Transwitch Units, and Load Centers.
• IS 19450:2025 E-Textbooks in Education — Requirements.
• IS 19476:2025 Pure-tone and Speech Audiometers — Specification.
• IS/ISO 55013:2024 Asset Management — Guidance on the Management of Data Assets.
In the following Indian Standards particulars, the Date of Withdrawal shall be June 29, 2026: -
• IS 2772 – 1982 Specification for Non-Flameproof Mining Transformers for Use Below Ground (First Revision).
• IS 11333 – 1985 Specification for Flameproof Dry Type Transformers for Use in Mines.
• IS/ISO 55000:2014 Asset Management — Overview, Principles and Terminology.
