The Rajasthan Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) on December 31, 2025, notified regarding the extension of the Date for Filing of Annual Progress Report (APR).
It states that in view of Portal-related issues and considering the representations of stakeholders facing issues in the UDIN Portal of ICAI, the last date for online submission of Annual Progress Report (APR) for the financial year 2024-25 is hereby extended from December 31, 2025, to February 28, 2026, without payment of any delay processing charges or penalty. No further extension beyond this will be granted.
