Finance & Taxation Compliance The Ministry of Finance (MoF), on January 15, 2026, issued the Postal Export (Electronic Declaration and Processing) Amendment Regulations, 2026, to further amend the Postal Export (Electronic Declaration and Processing) Regulations, 2022.

The following amendment has been stated, namely:-

• For the existing forms, the following forms shall be substituted, namely:- Form PBE-ll IPostal Bill of Export – III (see regulation 5(lXi)) (For postal exports through E-Commerce)

• Detailed notification is attached below.
