The National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL), on January 16, 2026, notified regarding the Submission of the Cyber Audit Report under CSCRF Guidelines.
The following has been stated, namely:-
• The Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience Framework (CSCRF) for conduct of Cyber Audit by Regulated Entites (REs), the following timelines have been prescribed in consultation with SEBI, for the conduct and submission of Cyber Audit Report on half-yearly basis for all the Participants falling under the following categories:
• Qualified REs
• Mid-size REs (providing IBT or Algo trading as a Stockbroker)
• Small-size REs (providing IBT or Algo trading as Stockbroker)
