Commercial Compliance The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on January 16, 2026, notified regarding the amendment in the export policy of items under HS Code 1101.

It has amended the export policy for wheat flour and related products under HS Code 1101. While the export of these items continues to remain prohibited, an additional export of up to 5 lakh metric tonnes (LMT) is now permitted through DGFT-issued Export Authorisation.
