The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on January 16, 2026, notified regarding the reminder for submission of Action Taken Report for non-compliance(s) reported in the Internal Audit Report for the half year ended September 30, 2025.
The following has been stated namely: -
• NSE has reminded trading members to close all non-compliances pointed out in their Internal Audit Reports for the half-year ended September 30, 2025, and to submit the compliance status through the Inspection module of the Member Portal in the prescribed format.
• The deadline for submission is January 31, 2026. Failure to close the observations or submit the Action Taken Report within the due date will attract monetary penalties and/or disciplinary action as per NSE’s prescribed penalty circulars.
