The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) on January 16, 2026, issued the Extension of due date for submission of comments/ suggestions/objections and rescheduling of public hearing on Draft Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2025.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The Draft Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2025 was issued
• The last date for submission of comments/suggestions/objections is extended from January 15, 2026 to January 31, 2026.
• The comments/suggestions/objections may be sent (3 hard copies + soft copy) to the Secretary, Central Electricity Regulatory Commission or mailed to [email protected] and [email protected]
