The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on January 20, 2026, issued a notification regarding charges for not uploading the TWS/ETI/BOLTPLUS Location information for the month of December 2025.
The following has been stated: -
•Trading Members must ensure all TWS/ETI/BOLTPLUS terminals are correctly registered with the Exchange, as per earlier notices, to avoid regulatory action.
•The Exchange identifies unregistered or incorrectly registered terminal locations daily and levies a penalty of ₹1,000 per order instance from such locations.
•December 2025 penalty charges (LCS1225.xxxx) have been uploaded on Extranet and will be debited to the General Charges Account.
