Industry Specific ComplianceThe India International Bullion Exchange (IFSC) Limited (IIBX) on January 21, 2026, issued the Fees and Charges for Special Economic Zone (SEZ) units and Advance Authorisation (AA) license holders onboarding with IIBX as Qualified Jewellers.

The fee structure for Special Economic Zone (SEZ) units and Advance Authorisation (AA) license holders onboarding with IIBX as Qualified Jewellers includes application processing and annual fees. SEZ units are required to pay an application processing fee of USD 100, while AA license holders must pay USD 250. Both categories are subject to an annual fee of USD 500, which is charged on a full financial-year basis.

In addition to onboarding fees, SEZ entities and AA license holders are required to pay exchange and clearing charges for trading activities. For gold products, the exchange transaction charge is USD 8 per kilogram and the clearing transaction charge is USD 4 per kilogram. For silver products, the exchange transaction charge is USD 0.20 per kilogram, while the clearing transaction charge is USD 0.10 per kilogram.
