The National e-Governance Services Limited (NeSL), on January 21, 2026, has informed stakeholders about a scheduled maintenance activity affecting its DDE (Digital Document Execution) services. The maintenance is being undertaken to enhance user experience and improve service delivery.
As per the circular, the DDE services will remain temporarily unavailable on Thursday, January 22, 2026, from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM. During this period, users may not be able to access or carry out transactions related to DDE services and are advised to plan their activities accordingly.
NeSL has requested users to take note of the scheduled downtime and has also invited feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement of its services. Suggestions may be shared with NeSL at the designated support email address.
