The Ministry of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change (MoEF&CC) on January 19, 2026, issued a notification regarding the submission of a Certified Compliance Report through the dedicated module in the PARIVESH portal.
The following has been stated: -
•The MoEF&CC has expanded the PARIVESH portal to include an online module for submitting and processing Certified Compliance Reports (CCR) for Environmental Clearance expansion proposals.
•Project Proponents must now apply for CCRs through this dedicated online module. Hybrid processing (online and physical) will be allowed only until February 28, 2026.
•From March 01, 2026, onwards, all CCR applications must be submitted and processed exclusively through the PARIVESH portal.
