The Central Registry of Securitisation Asset Reconstruction and Security Interest of India (CERSAI), on February 06, 2026, notified regarding the Deferment of implementation of Mandatory CKYC ID in Security Interest Registration Workflow.
With reference to notification dated December 22, 2025, published on our website, it was informed that the timeline for making CKYC ID a mandatory field in the SI registration workflow extended to March 01, 2026. Based on the representations from members, compulsory furnishing implementation of CKYC ID for Security Interest registration has been deferred for the time being. Please note that this notification supersedes the notification dated December 22, 2025.
