The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) on February 12, 2026, Revision of SEZ-Online User Charges Effective January 01, 2026
The following has been stated namely: -
• The Department of Commerce (DoC) received representations from National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) regarding financial viability in managing the SEZ online system after migration of import-export transactions to ICEGATE.
• The government has approved revised user charges for SEZ-Online services, effective from January 01, 2026.
• Revised charges include:
o ₹500 per transaction (e.g., Bill of Entry, Shipping Bill, DTA Sale, Sub-contracting, etc.)
o ₹20 per Softex form invoice
o ₹10 per invoice for procurement of services by SEZ units from DTA
o AMC: ₹7,500/year (Unit), ₹5,000/year (Developer/Co-developer)
o One-time registration: ₹25,000 (Unit), ₹50,000 (Developer/Co-developer)
