EHS ComplianceThe Government of Rajasthan, on February 16, 2026, notified regarding the Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) as an Approved Fuel.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Under serial number 16, subject to the following technical and regulatory conditions:

• The boiler must be above 8 TPH capacity.

• The boiler should be multi fuel/ designed for RDF use.

• RDF shall meet the parameters prescribed under Schedule-II of Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016 for processing and treatment of solid waste.

• All the facilities in boiler shall be designed to achieve a minimum temperature of 950°C.

• Suitably designed pollution control devices shall be installed or retrofitted with the boiler to achieve the emission limits.

• The specific order if any of Centre Govt./ State Govt. regarding fuel for specific area/sector will prevail over this order.

• Any specific directions by Commissions of Air Quality Management in Capital Region and adjoining areas or in CEPI Guidelines will prevail over this order.
